Jinghui Reviews 2024 and Recognises Employees at Its 2025 New Year Gathering

Fujian Jinghui Environmental Technology held its New Year gathering on January 24, 2025. Employees reviewed work in 2024 and looked ahead to 2025. The hosts opened the programme, which combined an annual review with celebrations ahead of the Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year.

Chair Huang Xuefang, also known as Sophin, thanked employees for their work. She said the company maintained stable performance and improved production efficiency in 2024; detailed business figures were not disclosed. She acknowledged the technical and production teams and stressed product quality and customer trust. The gathering also honoured employees with more than ten years of service, including colleagues who had served for more than fifteen years. For 2025, the company outlined plans to strengthen customer communication, refine products and improve service.

Following the address, company leaders presented certificates and prizes to employees and managers recognised for their work during the year. The international sales team, technical leaders and several award recipients took part in the ceremony.

The awards were followed by group games and a prize draw. Employees joined the activities together, with prizes presented as a gesture of appreciation to the team.

Employees shared lunch at the factory to close the gathering and welcome the approaching Spring Festival. The company announced its 2025 holiday dates as January 25 to February 6 and extended New Year wishes to employees and customers.
