Jinghui Launches Its Fifth “Cheng Zhan” Team Competition

Jinghui opened its fifth “Cheng Zhan” internal team competition at company headquarters on August 31, 2022. Employees attended in company uniforms to launch the September programme, with a shared focus on continued effort and improvement.
Rules, rewards and team activities
General Manager Huang introduced the competition rules and rewards. A group game followed, and three colleagues appeared on stage in event costumes for the “Million Hero” challenge, one of the programme’s activities.
Two teams set September goals
The two teams presented their goals for September and committed to working together to achieve them. Group photographs recorded the participants at the launch, ahead of the competition during September.
