Jinghui Announces China Mobile Cooling and Ventilation Contract in Liaoning

A second phase of cooperation in Liaoning
On August 11, 2022, Jinghui announced that it had won a tender to upgrade evaporative cooling and fresh-air ventilation at a China Mobile data centre in Liaoning Province. The company described the project as a second phase of cooperation and released photographs of units awaiting shipment and equipment at the site.
Equipment configured for the project
Jinghui said it would provide equipment configured to meet the project’s requirements. Photographs show JHCOOL evaporative coolers ready for dispatch and installations from the earlier first phase of cooperation.
Ventilation and coordinated unit control
According to Jinghui, the proposal combines fresh-air ventilation, evaporative cooling and coordinated control of multiple units for centralised remote operation and shutdown. The company outlined energy-saving and environmental goals but did not publish independently verified operating data.
Actual cooling performance and energy use at a data centre require assessment against temperature, humidity, heat load, redundancy and operating requirements. The role of evaporative cooling in the system should be evaluated through the project design and measured results.
